Hamed Al Sahib | Founder & Principal Lawyer

Hamed Al Sahib is a Morocco- qualified Lawyer. He is the founder and heads the firm’s Litigation andCorporate team. Hamed has specialized in Corporate Finance, advising Project Companies, Banks, Financial Institutions. He has earned the reputation of handling high net-worth debt recovery litigation of almost all the major Banks in Oman. To his credit he has also advised and presented more than thousand of debt recovery cases other than Banking and Financial Institutions cases in Oman. He is considered in the Legal fraternity as the fore- front face for handling all the debt recovery works of Financial Institutions. He also advises and heads the teams representing a portfolio of leading multi-national Companies and in almost all sectors of the business activities including Trading, Mining, Oil & Gas, Construction and SMEs mainly in the matter of settlement, prosecution and defense of claims before the courts and tribunals of Oman.

Salim Al Hummaidi | Associate Lawyer

Abdullah Al Balushi | Senior Lawyer

Abdullah Ali Mohammed graduated from Morocco – Mohammed Fifth University. He had worked with Royal Court Affairs – The Royal Estate – for 18 years. He has extensive knowledge in Civil, Commercial and Labour Laws. He is the most senior Lawyer in the team ‘Hamed Al Sahib’. He is the driving force behind the team and the liasioning officer with all the statutory authorities in Oman. He has very good track record in litigation matters. His observation and advice is considered as the first hand in the entire region.

Hamza is the fresher Omani Lawyer in the team of ‘HAMED AL SAHIB’. Jameel Jinnah Hussain | Manager Accounts

As accounts manager Jameel is the sole point of contact for all payments and receivables of the firm. His responsibilities include preparation of quotations for legal services, managing receivables, recovery of fees, implementation of accounting process. Other than the accounts issues he also look over the client relationship and improvement of client satisfaction. He acts as the administrative manager and liasioning officer among the Lawyers of our firm.
